The BlackBerry Connect application requires necessary backend software and can only be accessed with a username and password provided by your IT administrator.

BlackBerry Connect is an enterprise instant messaging (IM) and presence application that offers enhanced communication and collaboration capabilities while prioritizing corporate data security and employee privacy. It seamlessly integrates with popular corporate IM platforms like Microsoft Lync and OCS, allowing users to access instant messaging, presence information, and corporate directory lookup in a user-friendly interface without the need for a VPN, firewall adjustments, or DMZ servers.
